Terms & Conditions – Updated 1st October 2026

1. Eligibility. This offer is open to any company incorporated through Inpro in the United Arab Emirates — Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore — between 1 October and 31 December 2026. The individual(s) behind the company need not hold UAE residency at the time of entry. This eligibility applies equally to both entry routes below.
2. Exclusions. Employees and direct partners of Inpro and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Paid entry route. An entry is confirmed once payment for an Inpro incorporation service has been received. Entry is not contingent on completion of downstream services such as visa processing.
4. Free entry route (no purchase necessary). Entrants may alternatively receive one free entry by submitting the required details via this form before 31 December 2026, without incorporating a company through Inpro. Free entries are subject to the same eligibility criteria in Clause 1 and are entered into the same draw as paid entries.
5. Multiple entries. An individual may incorporate multiple companies during the offer period; each incorporated company counts as a separate valid entry. Only one free entry (Clause 4) is permitted per person, regardless of how many times the form is submitted.
6. One entry per company. Each incorporated company is entitled to one raffle entry, regardless of the number of additional services purchased alongside incorporation.
7. Prize. 100,000 Emirates Skywards Miles. Inpro may, at the winner’s request, offer a cash equivalent, at a value determined solely by Inpro. Winner must have held an active Skywards account for at least 6 months. Emirates and Skywards are trademarks of Emirates. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Emirates.
8. Draw date. The raffle will be drawn on Monday, 4 January 2027. The winner will be announced the same day.
9. Winner notification. The winner will be contacted directly (phone/email) and announced publicly on Inpro’s Instagram. The winner must respond and confirm claim of the prize within 7 days of notification, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner drawn. Miles or payment will be issued within the month of January 2027.
10. Publicity. By participating, the winner agrees Inpro may use their name, company name, and photo/likeness in marketing materials without additional compensation.
11. General. Inpro reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
